Resources

  • Description of Equipment’s: –
  • Grinders.
  • Drills.
  • Welding machine.
  • Hand Tools
  • Safety requirements tools such as safety shoes, safety helmet, safety glasses, fluorescent vest, safety and gloves to insure max ability of safe work.
  • Materials: –
  • Stainless steel material (sheet, Pipe, tubes, plates).
  • GI sheet, m/s tube, pipe, beams.
  • Silicon, glue, Chemical

Site Planning & Preparation

  • As per the approved shop drawing and specifications involved the preparation and site planning should be matching the methodology of works according to prepare the suitable circumstance to work as per schedule and planning.
  • Survey the work area for any preexisting safety hazards and render harmless if possible.
    • Ensure all materials, tools and resources are available.
  • Ensure latest approved shop drawings are issued to the site team prior to precede any activity.

Work Methodology:

– Prepare the substrate by cleaning any dust, loose particles, grease and any traces of foreign materials.

– Take the correct size for all the material on site

– Fix the backing if this necessary for all the kinds of cladding (stainless steel, titanium, copper, aluminum)

– Take all the measurement and the position for the basic of the handrails. 5- Fix the stainless steel /steel – structure.

– Fix the finish material. (stainless steel, titanium, copper) 7- Level the stainless steel covered by protection tape.

Supervision

  • Project Manager should ensure:

         -Work progress is carried out according to the planned program and all the equipment required to execute the works are available as per the project planning and are in good condition.

-Coordination with the Consultant, Construction Manager, Safety Engineer and Subcontractors for the safe and proper execution of the work.

         -Specific attention is paid to all safety measures and quality control in coordination with Safety Engineer and QC Engineer and in line with PSP and PQP.

  • Construction Manager should ensure:

     -The method of stainless steel work is carried out according to the specifications and drawings.

     -Work progress is carried out according to the planned program and all the equipment’s required to execute the works are available as per the project planning and are in good Condition.

     -Coordination with the Consultant, Site Engineer, Safety Engineer and Subcontractors for the safe and proper execution of the work.

     -Specific attention is paid to all safety measures and quality control in coordination with Safety Engineer and QC Engineer and in line with PSP and PQP.

Site Engineer should ensure:

-The method stainless steel work is carried out according to the specifications and drawings

-Provision of all necessary information and distribution of responsibilities to his Construction team.

-The work progress is monitored in accordance with the required program and reports the same to the Construction Manager.

-Coordination with the Safety Engineer to ensure that the works are carried out in safe working atmosphere

  • Laser cutting is a slitting process with which it is possible to cut metallic and non-metallic raw materials of different material thicknesses. This is based around a laser beam which is guided, formed, and bundled. When it hits the workpiece, the material heats up to the extent that it melts or vaporizes. In this process, the whole laser power is concentrated on one point, with a diameter that is often less than half a millimeter. If more heat is introduced into this area than can dissipate through heat conduction, the laser beam will penetrate the material entirely – the cutting process has begun. While other processes involve applying large-scale tools with enormous power to the sheet metal, the laser beam completes its task without any contact. In this way, the tool does not incur wear, and no deformities or damage to the workpiece occur.
